Time Banks UK is currently working on developing a constitution for time banks that are constituted as a Company Limited by Guarantee, which will be acceptable for applying for charitable status (as a tool for community capacity building). Time banks can also be constituted as an Industrial and Provident Society, operating for the benefit of the community. Time banks are currently applying for this structure. Model documents, when ready, will be posted here.
