Measuring the Success of Your Time Bank
You need to know what difference your time bank is making for lots of
reasons - because you want to know who you are reaching, how people are
getting involved and most importantly what difference your project is making.
We have suggested four key questions that you might want to use as part of
your evaluation and some practical tips on how to make it happen.
- INPUTS - What resources have you invested in the project? e.g.
money, time, equipment etc?
- OUTPUTS - What is the time bank delivering? e.g. activities,
services, what kind of people have been involved, what kinds of support are
they exchanging and how many credits are being earned and spent?
- IMPACTS - What are the results? e.g. what difference has the
project made to people's lives and beyond?
- LEARNING - What have you learnt from your successes and failures, and
what changes (if any) do you need to make?
